Terms of Service

These terms apply to anyone who installs or uses Quran Islam Pro on any platform. By using the app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app.

If you are under 13, please use the app only through a Family Mode profile set up and supervised by a parent or guardian. Kids Mode is designed specifically for younger users and restricts certain features accordingly.

Quran Islam Pro provides tools for Islamic practice: prayer times, Quran reading, dhikr, and related features. It also provides an AI-assisted question answering service (Ask QIP) that retrieves information from authenticated Islamic sources.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the app available, but we do not guarantee continuous uptime. Server-dependent features (Ask QIP, multi-device sync, mosque finder) may be unavailable during maintenance or outages. Core features (prayer times, Quran reader, dhikr) work offline and are not affected by server availability.

An account is optional. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You must not share your account with others or use someone else's account.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We will delete your server-side data within 30 days of the deletion request.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, are used for fraudulent subscription activity, or that we have good reason to believe are being used in a way that causes harm to other users or to the service.

You agree not to use the app to:

• Attempt to extract, scrape, or systematically copy content from the app for commercial redistribution.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the app beyond what is permitted by applicable law.
• Use the AI feature to generate content that misrepresents religious rulings, fabricates hadith, or promotes sectarian hatred.
• Circumvent the free-tier question limit through technical means (device ID rotation, API abuse).
• Attempt to access other users' data.
• Use the app in any way that violates applicable laws.

The free tier is permanently free and does not require a payment method. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through the platform store (Apple App Store or Google Play) via RevenueCat.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current period. Manage or cancel your subscription through the platform store settings on your device.

Refunds for app store purchases are governed by Apple and Google's refund policies, not ours. We cannot process refunds for store transactions directly.

The app and its code are proprietary. The Quran text and hadith collections are from public-domain and open-licensed sources (see our citation standards for details). The dua corpus is scholar-reviewed and made available for personal use.

You may not redistribute the Quran reader, hadith browser, or AI feature as a standalone product or incorporate them into a competing application.

The app is provided as-is. We make no warranty that it is error-free, complete, or fit for a particular purpose. Religious calculations (prayer times, Qibla, zakat, Faraid) are provided for informational purposes. For matters with legal, financial, or significant religious consequence, verify results independently or consult a qualified person.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our liability for any claim arising from use of the app is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We may add, change, or remove features. We will give reasonable notice of changes that affect paid features or significantly alter the service. If a change removes a feature you paid for and you consider it material, contact us within 30 days for a prorated refund of the affected period.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We will notify you of material changes through the app and by updating the date above. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with a change, you may delete your account before the effective date.
